Experience and background
Estella Long is the Founder, Managing Member, and 100% owner of Prime Source LLC, a Chicago-based development-stage company working across property technology, real estate development, community development, and institutional contracting.
Her Illinois real-estate professional experience began in 1996, and she held an Illinois real-estate license from 1996 to 2010. Between 2010 and 2016 she worked as a tax buyer and foreclosure investor, building direct familiarity with distressed property, tax-impacted parcels, and the public records that govern them — the same information domain that shapes Prime Source technology work today.
From 2008 to 2017 she managed Treasure Hunters Flea Market & Entertainment Center, overseeing daily business operations, vendor relationships, and commercial property activity.
Her broader experience spans residential real estate, distressed property, property management, commercial rehabilitation, community development, business operations, sales, technology-project oversight, and real-estate investment. She previously served as Community Development Manager with Living Word Christian Center, and is a graduate of Joseph Business School, 2026.
